im a chinese citizen, father chinese mom pinay, i live now in japan with my japanese kid, i havent change may old acr/icr to IC card and now my re entry is already expired, i was born in the philippines year 1971. i live in japan since year 2000, can i apply for dual citizenship while im abroad? what are the requirements?
